PRINCEVILLE RESORT

Princeville is an internationally known resort community located in the town/area known as Princeville at Hanalei. While Princeville is considered to be a Resort, it is more like a community.  Within this community, there is a twenty-seven hole golf course called the Makai Course and there is also the Prince Course with eighteen holes.  Both were designed by Robert Trent Jones.  Each one has some of the most outstanding views that you will find at any golf course, ranging from Ocean Vistas to a Waterfall just behind one of the greens.  Scattered around the Makai Course, there are over a dozen Condominium Resorts, as well as four separate single family home areas.   Each of these four areas have over 100 residential lots, most with homes now on them.  All utilities are in and they are located underground. 

Near the entrance to Princeville there is a large shopping center which houses a major supermarket, many boutique shops, gourmet food stores and several restaurants.  To round it out add to that the gas station, a couple of banks and a public library.  Located near the rear gate of Princeville you will find a Police Station and the Fire Department. 

Princeville is less than 25% developed as the entire Princeville area consists of approximately 10,000 acres.  It is located on the North Shore and is situated on the cliff-lined coast that overlooks the Pacific Ocean.  The green, picturesque mountain views with the cascading waterfalls are a sight to behold.   Views such as those are seen from many of the homes and condominiums due to the low-rise designs required within this vibrant community.

Other amenities include walking paths, tennis courts, swimming pools, horse back riding, and a short drive to Hanalei Bay for surfing, swimming, scuba, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, jogging, kayaking, canoeing and even just laying on the white sand beach.
